Permanent residence options for Investor (provisional) visa holders

To apply for a permanent visa , you must have held a provisional investor visa and must have , prior to the lodging of the residence application, maintained his/her designated investment for 4 years; have a genuine and realistic commitment to maintain business or investment activity in Australia; have no adverse business history; been a resident in Australia for accumulative period of 2 years in the last 4 years. For holders of state or territory sponsored visa, the same rules apply.
